DECEMBER JOURNAL DISCOVERY

WEEK ONE

How have you prioritized self-care this year?

Take a moment to reflect on the areas of your life where you have felt confident, secure, and content. Write them down and consider the circumstances that led to this positive state. Did it come naturally, or did you have to step outside of your comfort zone for personal growth?

WEEK TWO

Identify the areas of your life where you practice healthy boundaries.

Reflect on the aspects where you need to be more assertive and learn to say no instead of always saying yes. Remember, boundaries act as bridges that create new opportunities for communication and positive resolution. They are not walls used to hide or withhold your feelings and needs. Walls can trigger our nervous system's fight-or-flight response.

WEEK THREE

In which areas of your life do you feel you have outgrown your current situation?

This might include jobs, relationships, locations, or behavior patterns. Take some time to conduct a personal inventory of the aspects in which you desire change or openness. Additionally, consider with whom you need to establish boundaries and healthier communication bridges.

WEEK FOUR

I am ready to let go of...

As we enter the new year with a sense of stillness, dedicate some time to engage in quiet reflection and take inventory of what you truly wish to create in the coming year. Consider who you aspire to be and the experiences you would like to have. Finally, identify what needs to be released to make room for this growth and transformation.
