CLEARING STATEMENTS FOR ACCEPTANCE
Begin by finding a comfortable, quiet place without distractions.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in through your nose and exhale out through the mouth to center yourself.
Now, bring your attention to the middle of your chest and gently place your hands over your heart.
Take a moment to tune into the energy of your heart space.
As you focus on this area, repeat the affirmation, "I fully accept myself."
Notice how this affirmation resonates within you.
Are there any sensations of tightness or restriction in your body?
Observe any thoughts or reactions that arise when you express acceptance toward yourself.
Allow yourself to sit with these feelings for a few moments, breathing deeply as you do.
Next, visualize yourself in a favorite natural setting, perhaps near a peaceful body of water or sitting on a grounding rock. Choose a place that brings you a sense of safety and connection. With your attention now at the base of your spine, visualize a cord, root, or beam of light extending down into the Earth. This act of grounding carries significant energetic benefits, as it aligns us with the nurturing and stabilizing energy of the Earth. Follow this grounding connection deep into the soil, imagining it spreading out about four feet in width beneath and rising around you. Notice any shifts in your body's energy as you do this. Do you feel a greater sense of balance and calm beginning to envelop you?
Returning your awareness to your heart, let's work on clearing any negative beliefs that may be hindering your acceptance. You can do this by visualizing any limiting beliefs or feelings being gently released from your heart space. Each breath can be a tool for releasing these barriers, allowing space for acceptance to flow freely within you.
Clearing statement: I lovingly release, accept, and move past any barriers, blocks and beliefs that are keeping me feeling stuck and unfulfilled in my life. I accept what is in this present moment, and know that I have the ability to allow fulfillment in my life… right here, right now.
Finally, take a moment to appreciate the progress you've made. You've taken a deliberate step towards acknowledging and welcoming acceptance into your being. You can return to this practice whenever you feel the need to realign with a sense of acceptance and grounding.
Below are several statements that you can incorporate into your acceptance practice. These statements can be used as affirmations or reflections to cultivate an attitude of acceptance.
"I wholeheartedly accept myself and my current circumstances."
"I release any resistance to accepting things as they are."
"I embrace the present moment with open arms and an open heart."
"I am at peace with what is, and I trust in the flow of life."
"I welcome acceptance into every aspect of my being."
GROUNDING DEEPER INTO ACCEPTANCE
Grounding throughout the day is an important practice to use as it helps the body to accept and integrate what is currently happening in our life. When we ground we connect ourselves to the stabilizing energy of our ancestors and the Earths energy which offers resilience to our energy field.
Take a moment and listen to the below grounding exercise to help anchor you into your experience with ease and grace. Use this daily multiple times when feeling anxious, nervous, unclear, and when you feel ungrounded.
