This month we will focus on hip openers and feeling the tension in certain zones for increasing movement.

HIP OPENERS

Remember to listen to your body and never force yourself into a position that causes pain. It's important to ease into the stretch and gradually increase the intensity over time. If you have any existing hip injuries or conditions, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional before attempting new exercises.

Start slow and do each exercise for 3 cycles of 5 times each side.
End with the last exercise and simple relax for as long as you can - try for 5 minutes to deeply relax into this pose. TIP: If you need to put small pillows under each leg you can. Any opening is good opening!
