SPRING GUIDED MEDITATION
The Japanese Garden

Begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and gently close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to relax and release any tension.

Now, bring your awareness to the present moment. Notice the sensations of your body, the contact between your body and the surface you're resting on. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath, as it flows in and out naturally, without any effort.

As you step into the serene Japanese garden, take a moment to breathe in the fresh spring air. Feel the gentle warmth of the sun on your skin and the subtle breeze rustling the cherry blossom trees around you. Begin your walk along the winding stone pathway, feeling each step grounding you in the present moment.

Notice the vibrant colors of the blooming flowers lining the path - delicate pink cherry blossoms, bright red azaleas, and lush greenery. Let the beauty of the garden wash over you, filling you with a sense of calm and tranquility. Soft sounds of flowing water from the koi pond and distant wind chimes create a soothing backdrop to your walk.

As you continue your stroll, pay attention to the details around you - the carefully raked gravel in the Zen garden, the intricate patterns of the wooden bridges, and the gentle flow of the stream. Let go of any worries or distractions, allowing yourself to fully immerse in this moment of peace and serenity.

Take a few moments to find a peaceful spot to sit with silence. Close your eyes and focus on your breath, letting go of any tension or stress with each exhale. Allow the tranquility of the Japanese gardens energy envelop you, bringing a sense of renewal and rebirth, much like the arrival of spring.

When you feel ready, gently open your eyes and take one last look around the garden, carrying with you the sense of calm and rejuvenation that nature has bestowed upon you. Carry this feeling of peace with you as you continue your journey, knowing that you can always return to this moment of serenity whenever you need to.
