MARCH MOVEMENT SESSION
This month we will focus on how we respond to our bodies movement.
PRESENCE WITHIN
This month we are going to focus on our movement in a different way.
We will be deeply connecting with our movement rather than just moving for our energy and physical health.
Take a walk, or a hike. Each week I suggest going out for at least 60-minutes and walk. Explore nature and push yourself a little bit. Maybe take a nice lake loop or walk up that steep incline you are uncomfortable doing. Push yourself gently and remind yourself that this is part of us expanding and making larger life containers for ourselves. During this time really feel your body.
After each outdoor time I suggest you journal. How did it feel connecting to your body this way. Where did you want to give in or give up?
How were you rtalking to yourself and how were you energetically directing your body with thought and speech - encouraging or negative self-talk.
Write it out and see how you connected with yourself and then make a little 5 degree shift on how you connect with yourself next time. Let your body talk with you and connect with yourself within each step that you take. Thank your body for being your vessel for this life.
