LEG STRENGTHENERS
Leg workouts play a significant role in creating balance in life, both physically and mentally. Strengthening the muscles in our lower body not only improves our physical stability and coordination but also has a profound impact on our overall well-being. Engaging in leg exercises helps develop core strength and improves posture, which contributes to a balanced and aligned body. Start slow and do each exercise for 3 cycles of 5 times each side.
End with the last exercise and simple relax for as long as you can - try for 5 minutes to deeply relax into this pose.
